According to the International Boston Seafood Show website, "The International Boston Seafood Show attracts top-tier buyers and sellers of seafood. It is the number one venue in North America to connect with the who’s who in the industry."
Visitor Survey Results show that 88% of the visitors have purchasing authority.
Harpseals.org sent our seal activists there to hand out hundreds of Boycott Kits to seafood wholesalers, distributors, and retailers who exhibited and attended this trade show. Harpseals.org activists were the only seal 'hunt' opponents in attendance and worked to counter the efforts of the Canadian government and fishing industry in promoting their seafood to American companies.
