 Harpseals.org is a California 501(c)3 non- profit corporation based in southern California.
We are happy to hear from you. Please keep in mind that we are an all-volunteer organization. In other words, we do not have staff to answer phones, emails, etc. Our volunteers and unpaid officers spend their free time working for the seals. We try to keep up with your inquiries, but we sometimes fall behind. Please forgive us, and keep trying if you do not receive a timely response to your inquiry.
